Individual Psychotherapy

Compassionate, individualized approaches for a healthier mind. Sessions are held via Zoom, which is a HIPAA-compliant platform for virtual sessions. Frequency of sessions and treatment approach will vary based upon client need and clinical recommendation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

for Insomnia

CBT-I is a short-term approach to change problematic sleep patterns. Even if you are already receiving therapy for other mental health symptoms, CBT-I can be a supplemental treatment to help resolve problems with sleep.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity

Disorder

If you are questioning whether you may have ADHD, you can elect to receive a diagnostic evaluation, which typically takes 2-3 sessions. Detailed feedback and diagnostic impressions are offered at the completion of the evaluation. Treatment with behavioral strategies to enhance cognitive functioning can also be initiated.

Start the process

Many come to therapy to help break the cycle of emotional distress and accompanying behaviors that simply do not work for them. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and it is through recognizing these attributes that positive behavioral and emotional changes can happen. With empathy and an understanding of who you are, I will collaborate with you to define your goals for change, guide you through the therapeutic process, and help you connect with what you value.

Phone Consultation

.

Determining appropriate fit between client and therapist is essential for the therapy process. In order to ascertain if I can be of help to you, I offer a 10-15 minute phone consultation free of charge.

Initial Evaluation

Following a phone consultation, new clients will be scheduled for an initial evaluation. We will discuss your needs, history, and ways in which I may be helpful to you. If we proceed with therapy, I will provide a recommendation of a preliminary treatment plan.

insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance providers and do not connect directly with insurance carriers. Payment is required at the time of service.

You may choose to file a claim to access any out-of-network benefits your insurance policy offers. I will regularly provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company to access such benefits. A superbill is an itemized statement detailing services provided to a client for insurance review.

It is the client responsibility to submit the superbill to insurance for any potential reimbursement. As each policy differs, it is recommended you contact your insurance provider to best understand your out-of-network benefits.
